We've been coming here for a couple years now. The service is always great, we're able to get in for appointments in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff definitely makes an effort to make appointments convenient if you're having significant dental work done. The office is simple, but it's clean and updated, and they don't keep you waiting forever in the waiting room.

I have gone to Avalon Dental for years. Dr. Ottley and her staff are amazing ppl. They are always so sweet and caring. When my mom passed away Dr. Ottley called to give me her condolences and she and her staff sent s card to my home and to my dad's home. They go above and beyond what a dentist office should do.

I highly recommend Avalon Dental to all my friends and family. I switched from another local dental office to Avalon Dental, and the process was very smooth. Dr. Ottley examined my x-rays to determine that I needed a couple fillings, and she was very thorough in assessing the condition of my teeth and gums during my evaluation appointment. When I returned after my initial evaluation to have the first of several fillings completed, she and her staff were very kind to me and took the time to explain how the process would go. She numbed my gums topically before the novocaine injection, so I didn’t feel anything. She even gave me extra novocaine and waited for it to take effect because I told her it is difficult to get my mouth numb. She and her assistant, Suzanne, constantly asked how I was doing during the fillings, and they made me feel very relaxed. After the filings were done, my jaw was a bit sore for the day; however, I had no lasting pain, unlike what I had experienced at other dental offices in the past. Also, I was thrilled with the quality of her work! She was able to get my bite to line up perfectly on the first try. Also, floss glides easily between my teeth, and the fillings are completely smooth. I can’t tell a difference between the fillings and how my teeth were before; it’s wonderful! I’ve never seen any other dentist take such pride in his or her work as I saw with Dr. Ottley; it is obvious that she wants to give her patients the best experience and service possible. If you’re looking for a place that will be kind and patient to those with anxiety while offering excellent service and quality dental work, then I would not go anywhere other than Avalon Dental!
