Meet the Doctors

ANISSA OTTLEY

 

Dr. Ottley loves meeting new patients, evaluating their dental concerns and needs, then facilitating their oral health care goals. She treasures the relationships she has cultivated over the years with her family of patients. Dr. Ottley believes in merging friendly, comfortable dental care with current technology.


Dr. Anissa Ottley was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1999. She furthered her studies at the Pankey Institute, The Dawson Academy and The Seattle Study Club. She is an active member of the Escarosa Dental Society, the Florida Dental Association and the ACT Dental Community. She has also taken additional course work that allows her to make and deliver crowns in one day as well as providing cosmetic services such as Dysport/Botox and dermal fillers. 

 

Dr. Ottley is a fluent Spanish speaker and is involved in her community. She is an active member in her church and a member of IMPACT 100 since 2001. In 2021 she began serving on the IMPACT 100 Board. In addition to providing free dental care at such events as Mission of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile. She currently provides free dental care with the Health and Hope Clinic.

 

Dr. Ottley and her husband Jeff Ottley, who is also dentist, celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2024 and have three children, two that have graduated from the University of Florida and one that is currently a student at Auburn.

In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, gardening and Gator football. Now that her youngest daughter is an Auburn student she is enjoying Tiger Football as well!

Dr. Anissa Rodriguez Ottley

MEMBERSHIPS AND EDUCATION

 

Dr. Ottley is a member of the FDA, ADA, AGD, NW District Dental Society, Seattle Study Club, and the Pensacola Pankey Institute Study Club. She volunteers every year at The Florida Mission of Mercy and The Health and Hope Clinic.

She has received continuing education from Pankey Institute, Dawson Center, and Zimmer Institute.

 

Dr. Ottley also speaks fluent Spanish.

 

DIXIE MOBLEY

Dr. Mobley spent most of her childhood in Tequesta, Florida. After high school, she attended the University of Florida for 7 years, completing her Bachelors of Science in Biology, followed by her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. After completing dental school, Dr. Mobley commissioned as an officer into the United States Air Force. Dr. Mobley then went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Langley Air Force Base. Dr. Mobley currently serves as an Active Duty Air Force Captain and Dentist at Hurlburt Field. Being a Floridian at heart, Dr. Mobley has always enjoyed being out on the water, whether fishing, free diving, wakeboarding or surfing. When not getting her feet wet, Dr. Mobley spends her time cooking with loved ones or in search of new running trails. Dr. Mobley also has a 1 year-old son, Cayden, who has been the greatest joy of her life up to this point.


Although Dr. Mobley and her husband, Shane, were re-located to the Panhandle by the military, Dr. Mobley coincidentally has family roots within the local area. Dr. Mobley is looking forward to serving the civilian sector of our community at Avalon Dental!
