TRISH - PRACTICE MANAGER

I started my dental career in 2001 as a certified dental assistant and furthered my professional journey in 2004 by becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. In 2010, I transitioned to the front office after moving to Florida. I joined the team of Avalon Dental in 2012. I can honestly say I LOVE MY JOB!  I enjoy working with Dr. Ottley, Dr. Mobley and our amazing team, knowing as a team we will help our patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile they can be proud of. I also take pride in offering assistance, addressing inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements with care and diligence.

I am a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) and a member of our local NW FL Dental Connection Dental Professional Learning Network (DPLN). 

When I am not at work, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, spending time with my family and friends and during the fall, Auburn football ... WAR EAGLE!

MINDY - SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

I am originally from Ohio, but I have been living in the beautiful sunshine state since 2019. I began my dental career in 2004 as a certified dental assistant. In 2011, I transitioned to the front office and eventually made my way into management. I have always had a passion for helping people, so the transition into the dental field felt very natural for me. I am extremely passionate about my job and the patients, going the extra mile for them and the bonds you get to form with them. I take pride in providing a consistently high level of care and focus, and being a great team player. I was blessed to come across Avalon Dental's amazing team and they have made me feel like part of the family. 

In my spare time, I enjoy reading at the beach, and when time allows, going home to spend time with my 2 beautiful, now adult children, and my big family. 

GINA - HYGIENIST

I graduated from dental hygiene school in 1995. During the first years of my career, I had the opportunity to practice dental hygiene in several different types of dental settings. I moved to Milton and started working at Avalon Dental in 2005, and enjoy being one of their hygienists. 

As a hygienist, my goal is to make dental cleanings and X-rays as gentle and thorough as possible while also educating patients on how to maintain a healthy smile.

I enjoy getting to know my patients personally, and I strive to make them feel welcome and appreciated when they visit the office.

HAILEY - HYGIENIST

I graduated Pensacola State College Dental Hygiene School in 2012. I take great pride in providing a positive experience in the dental chair for my patients. While being cautious of the needs of each patient, I will take the time to be very thorough with a gentle touch. My favorite aspect of being a dental hygienist is establishing a good relationship with my patients and helping ease any dental anxiety. I am dedicated to helping my patients maintain a healthy smile for life. I love helping my patients understand the need for good oral health and how to accomplish it.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my two children. I enjoy bowhunting, cooking, and Alabama football!

SUSANNE - DENTAL ASSISTANT

I was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. I have been in the dental field since 1999 and have worked as Dr. Ottley's chairside assistant since 2008.

Following high school, I pursued my career in dentistry, and I received my certificate in dental assisting at Pensacola Jr. College. As your dental health professional, I want you to have a positive experience. I understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how I can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. I pride myself on providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy!
